New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed on our pricing page and are in USD. We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a reasonable grace period.

BuildIQ uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate bids, contracts, marketing content, and other documents. You acknowledge that:
BuildIQ is not a law firm, accounting firm, or licensed contractor. The Service provides tools to help you work more efficiently, not professional advice.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the AI-generated content created using your account. We do not claim ownership of your documents.
You retain full ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including client information, project details, bid data, invoices, and contracts ("Your Content").
By using the Service, you grant BuildIQ a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you. We do not use Your Content for any other purpose.
You represent and warrant that Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights and that you have the right to submit it to the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data. We are not liable for data loss due to technical failures, though we maintain reasonable backup procedures.
The BuildIQ platform, including its code, design, branding, trademarks, and all non-user content, is the exclusive property of BuildIQ and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written consent.
The BuildIQ name and logo are our trademarks. You may not use them without prior written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. You are responsible for all decisions made based on content generated by the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BUILDIQ AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BUILDIQ IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages — in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BuildIQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
You may close your account at any time by canceling your subscription in account settings or by contacting us. Upon account closure, your access ends at the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will provide a 30-day window to export your data before permanent deletion, unless termination is due to fraud or illegal activity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits against BuildIQ.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by posting a notice in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service before they take effect.
